Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

» General Information

▪ Please provide me with every references that needed
▪ The progress will take around 3 days up to 14 days
▪ Progress will be given within time, you can follow up on the workflow that i will send it to you
▪ If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge fee to include these details
▪ For chibi commission, any detailed piece will be simplified
▪ i have the right to decline your request if i am not able to do that

» Usage

» Payment

▪ I only accept payment upfront via Stripe or Paypal
▪ After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching. The sketch will then be sent to you (except surprise me type)
▪ No refund or cancelation after the sketch has been sent
▪ Do not send me any kind of payment until I confirmed to accept your commission AND have asked for payment
▪ The base price is for personal use only. I will charge extra fee 2x - 3x base price for commercial use
▪ if you have close deadline/urgent request, i will charge fees if it's changing the current waitlist
▪ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction

» working progress

▪ my workflow is sketch > lining > coloring > finishing
▪ i will update each progress to you, except for surprise me type
▪ please do tell me if you have anything to change in sketch draft and cleaner draft for approval. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork
▪ limited changes applied especially if the draft is nearly finished
▪ If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes
▪ Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free

» finished files

▪ I have the right to upload the results on my social media as portfolio
▪ File will be send via Google Drive or i can email it to you
▪ File will include: finished illustration, finished Illustration + watermark (repost purposes), transparent PNG (for commercial use)
▪ adds on such as animation will be in mp4 and GIF format
▪ I will not send you any physical product
▪ it is your responsibility to save the commission within a month of receiving the final commission files
▪ any lost files that weren’t saved within that time are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded
▪ Please do not heavily edit/altered the art
▪ it is prohibited to use my art for generative ai. Please support artists as a human as well.
